How to purify the clay oven when using it for the first time?

The new oven may produce mist when it is used for the first time, which is normal. It is recommended to bake food after the mist disappears.
How to lighting?

Check all gas connections for gas leaks before starting your oven. Do not lean over the oven when lighting. Keep your face and body at least 50 cm/20-in away from the oven door. When lighting the oven, the oven door must be open. The burner control knob must be in the OFF position before turning on the LPG tank valve.

1. Make sure burner knobs are turned to “OFF”.
2. For gas oven using a propane tank, slowly open the tank valve.
3. Pushed in and rotated the control knob to “High”. You will hear the “snapping”, the burner lit and produced a good strong flame.

CAUTION


Before lighting, please check all connections with proper procedure. If there is a leak, immediately turn off the gas!

Before lighting, make sure the door is open.

When lighting, keep your face and hands as far away from the oven as possible.

This appliance will be hot during and after use. Use insulated oven mitts or gloves for protection from hot surfaces or splatter from cooking liquids.

Do not store a spare gas tank under or near the appliance.

If the information in above warning is not followed exactly, a fire causing death or serious injury may occur.
How to install ?
Step 01

Install the two front wheels(2) on the two front leg(1)feet respectively.Use a wrench(15) and a M8 allenkey(16) to secure the screws.

Step 02

Install the two rear wheels(5) on the two rear legs(4) with screws(13) and nuts(14). Use a wrench(15) and a M8 allenkey(16) to secure the screws.

Step 03

Install the retaining ring(8) to fix the gas cylinder. Use a M5 Allenkey (17)to secure the screws.

Step 04

Attach the 4 legs(1)&(4) to the shelf(7) with screws. Use an M8 allenkey(16) to secure the hexagon socket screws(12). Pay attention to checking the left and right signs.

Step 05

Install the 2 support frames(3)F1,F2 on to the 2 front Legs(1).

Step 06

Install the 2 rear support frames(6) on to the 2 rear Legs(4)B1,B2.

Step 07

Use a hexagon socket screws(12) to secure the 4 support frames.

Step 08

Install the oven rack(9).

Step 09

Fix the oven rack(9) and the support frame with M8 hexagon socket screws(12).

Step 10

The stand assembly is complete. Sit pizza oven on the top shelf with front opening over the large wheels.

Step 11

Install the chimney(11) on the furnace body, and twist the chimney counterclockwise to locate it to the base.

Step 12

The oven is ready for use.
